We are very excited about the newest development around the Finnia Canoe. Our Canoe building course concept is now adapted by boatbuilders in Mainland Europe and the first Pilot course outside of Finland will be taking place in Werde/Havel this September. Our HUB Partner Alveus Bootsbau is inviting experienced and non-experienced Canoe builders for a 10 day course where the participants learn a lot about wooden boatbuilding, materials, tools and much, much more! We are working together with great companies to make this course an exceptional experience for everyone.

Our HUB partner Thomas Vochezer from Wangen i.A. presented two of his boats built in Vendia at this year's INTERBOOT boat show. Pictured here are the Färing ‘Freja’ and his latest boat, the ‘Hoppetosse’, a sailing dinghy that is also available to buy as a kit. According to many visitors to the fair, the stand was ‘by far the most beautiful stand at the fair’.
